WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

 

Return Policy:

 

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital gift card.
  • We must receive your return within 14 business days from the date of your purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 
  • Once your order has been placed you can not cancel or modify it, so please make sure you are entering the correct information.

  • Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn it must have the tags attached.
  • Items being returned must have no makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

How will I receive my store credit?

 

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 6 months. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Defective Items:

  • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please email us at info@shopsayge.com within 3 days from the day you received your order. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving your order, then it will no longer qualify for a return. You must include a photo of the damaged item in the email.  

 

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.

 

  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.
